Elleka Yost is the Director of Advocacy & Research at ASBO International, where she leads efforts to advance education policy and support school business professionals through research-driven advocacy. Since joining ASBO International in 2014, she has held several roles, including Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Government Affairs and Communications Coordinator, Government Affairs & Communications Manager, and Director of Advocacy before being promoted to her current position in January 2024. Elleka’s professional interests include political science, international affairs, public policy, nonprofit management, and education, reflecting her passion for strengthening the connection between policy and practice in the education sector.
