Property Tax 201 (Types and Classifications) and TNT
Original Program Date :
Length: 38 Minutes

The complexities of Minnesota property tax types, rates and classifications can make it difficult to feel confident in knowing how to explain options and impacts to your board and public, or to know which financing tools is best to use for different projects or revenue needs. We’ll discuss why there isn’t always one standard “best way” to finance your needs.
