- The New Member Circle is designed for active MASBO members who have been in the profession for less than two years. The program is open to members in any job function, with topics that may be especially relevant to those in business manager roles. Meetings are facilitated by experienced MASBO members and cover a variety of topics. While each meeting includes an informational component, the primary goal is to foster networking and provide a welcoming space for new members to ask questions, share solutions, and discuss challenges they encounter in their roles.
