Budgeting II Part 1
This session provides and overview of the cycles and timelines of budgeting for schools, and includes discussions of budget procedures and assumptions, including strategic planning and contract/bargaining. Issues associated with budget reductions, including community involvement and staff reductions, will also be covered. This is an in-person event.

Certification Program Requirements
The Minnesota Association of School Business Officials has established a voluntary certification program for all MASBO members and nonmembers. The courses are designed to train current and prospective school business officials, and offer practical information to assist members in excelling in their profession.
All Certification Courses are open to all members, but an application for the Certification Program must be completed prior to attendance for course participation to apply to the program.
