Topics include personnel policies, hiring procedures, job descriptions, performance appraisals and pay equity reports. Labor relations, contract administration, staffing projections and legislation affecting personnel and EEO coordinator will also be covered.
A light supper will be provided from 4:00 – 4:30 p.m. for those attending both certification courses. The program will start promptly at 4:30.
This in-person course will be recorded, and be available to be viewed on-demand. This will require a different registration. Registration for the on-demand course will be available when the recording is posted — this should be within one week of the in-person date. Members will then have 90 days to register and view this course for credit toward their certification.
