Crystal Beyer is an experienced Human Resource/Payroll Technician with a focus on payroll processing and compliance auditing. Prior to joining CESO as a Finance Consultant, Crystal worked with the State of MN Dept of Natural Resources as an HR/Payroll technician. She has experience in school finance operations in northern MN, including overseeing budget development and borrowing, and managing payroll and accounting in compliance with UFARS.
