Darsow has over 30 years of experience serving in K-12. Currently the Sourcewell Technology Product Manager for Analytics, she has held positions as district administrator, principal, and classroom teacher. Skilled in leadership, data analysis, program evaluation, organizational change, measurement, strategic planning, and technology leadership. Darsow holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy and Administration with an emphasis on Program Evaluation from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
