Glen Ritter started his school nutrition career at Hopkins Public Schools as the Operations Manager, In 2007, he became Assistant Director. Currently, Glen is the School Nutrition Director for St. Michael-Albertville schools. He is president of the Minnesota School Nutrition Association having served on numerous committees over the years and on the executive committee for the past three years.
