Kelly Garvey

Kelly Garvey is with the Minnesota Department of Education, School Finance Division, Student Transportation. She is responsible to administer the pupil transportation program by providing consultation on the aspects of the transportation program. In addition, Kelly develops procedures and forms for reporting of data required of the different types of transportation. She also writes newsletters, memorandums, and handbooks to increase understanding and awareness of the program.
