Mark F. Kerr, JD, CFE, is the Office of the State Auditor's Special Investigations Director.  In various capacities, Mark has practiced local government law for over 25 years.  Prior to assuming his current role, he served the Office of the State Auditor as Assistant Legal Counsel.  He also practiced law for three years with the Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney law firm representing school districts and other local units of government.  After graduating from the WIlliam Mitchell College of Law, magna cum laude, Mark served as judicial clerk for the Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
