Meghan Monroe is the lead of the Dignity Index Youth Division, dedicated to enhancing K-12 education implementation. Before joining Unite, she gained extensive experience in education, serving as a Teacher, Reading Interventionist, and ELA Instructional Coach within Washington D.C. public schools. Additionally, Meghan has worked in the EdTech space as a Learning and Development Analyst.
As a creative thinker, Meghan believes in the power of merging education with self-expression to foster innovative and enriching experiences. She is the founder of "Scholar Style", a curriculum focused on Character Development Skills that highlights the connection between personal clothing styles, self-esteem, confidence, and self-expression.
Meghan is a proud HBCU graduate, where she holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Morris Brown College, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Howard University, and a Post-Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration from George Washington University.
