Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude. Sarah is admitted to practice law in New York State and several Federal District Courts. Sarah works closely with U.S. OMNI's clients to ensure that their 403(b)/457(b) plans are operating in accordance with IRS regulations and applicable state law, as well as providing assistance to U.S. OMNI’s clients in connection with IRS audits. Sarah has also presented at ASBO events throughout the country and currently serves on NTSA’s Research Committee. Sarah maintains her professional status by annually completing the required legal education. Prior to joining U.S. OMNI, Sarah worked at a Rochester, New York law firm handling complex litigation. Sarah has over 14 years of experience practicing law in a range of areas.
