As General Counsel of Aviben and EFS Advisors, Trent Pepper (J.D., MBA) helps oversee the organizations’ legal affairs and leads various process improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Aviben and EFS Advisors, Trent served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of one of the nation’s largest nonprofit senior living providers, worked as an attorney in private practice, and clerked on the Minnesota Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Trent enjoys spending time with his family and being active in his children’s school and in the community.
