The use of insurance as a financing tool for reducing the total cost of risk (TCOR) to a school district as well as emerging issues will also be discussed in this month's school business essentials. Jim Westrum, the session presenter, holds the Certified School Risk Management (CSRM) designation and has provided annual updates on emerging issues as a content area leader for Risk Management at ASBO's annual conferences.
