This session will be presented by Angela Garrity-Scharffbillig, Pay Equity Coordinator with Enterprise Employee Resources at Minnesota Management and Budget. Angela will provide an overview of the history, purpose, process, and testing involved in Pay Equity, along with practical resources and tips. By the end of the presentation, participants will have a clear understanding of where Pay Equity came from, why it exists, how it works, the types of tests used, and where to find additional information and support.
