Elizabeth serves as the Director of Human Resources for Meeker and Wright Special Education Cooperative (MAWSECO), a special education cooperative supporting seven member districts and eight specialized educational programs. With over 22 years of dedicated experience within the special education business office environment, Elizabeth is a seasoned leader in end-to-end HR operations. Her expertise spans the full employee lifecycle, including employee onboarding and licensure, compensation and benefit administration, payroll processing, contract and absence management, and rigorous state and federal reporting. Beyond the technicalities of compliance, Elizabeth is deeply committed to elevating the employee experience and providing strategic support to supervisors. Outside of the office, she is a proud sibling to five and aunt to 12. An avid traveler and lover of music and football, Elizabeth can often be found on the golf course, on the ice with a fishing rod, or testing out new recipes in the kitchen.
