Michael Hart joined PTMA in July 2020. He leads the Municipal Advisory practice for the firm in the state of Minnesota focused on public school districts. His experience includes leading school districts through the financial aspects of bond issues and referendums for both capital projects and operating funds as well as long term financial planning. Mr. Hart hold his Series 7, 50, 53, 54 and 63 securities licenses.
