Michelle Sagedahl began her career in food as a registered dietitian. Her initial exposure to food services came during her dietetic internship at Concordia College, where she focused on K-12 school nutrition. This experience ignited her passion for food services, particularly within the school system. She’s now been in school nutrition administration for several districts in Minnesota and is excited to bring a fresh perspective as she develops food service programs for CESO clients.
