A light supper will be provided from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. for those attending both certification courses.
This in-person course will be recorded and will be available to be viewed on demand. This will require a different registration. Registration for the on-demand course will be available when the recording is posted—this should be within one week of the in-person date. Members will then have 90 days to register and view this course for credit toward their certification.
Topics include personnel policies, hiring procedures, job descriptions, performance appraisals, and pay equity reports. Labor relations, contract administration, staffing projections, and legislation affecting personnel and the EEO coordinator will also be covered.
