There are eight Encore sessions—some are recorded sessions from the conference, while others are only being presented as on-demand webinars. This gives you the flexibility to maximize your time while at the conference, while also having access to sessions on your own time. Currently, Jennifer serves as the President for the Northwest region for Women in Technology – Wisconsin, championing diversity and inclusion in the tech sector. She also served as the K-12 lead on the Wisconsin Critical Infrastructure Cyber Security Grant Working Group and led the Cyber Security Curriculum working group, collaborating with the National Cyber Watch Center to develop educational pathways for teaching cybersecurity in K-12 schools.  Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Carthage College, majoring in Special Education and English. ESSER Fund Closeout

Over the last few years, Minnesota has received ESSER III funding to help schools support students during COVID, federal COVID funding – ESSER III – to help Minnesota schools support the needs of students. These funds have a final obligation deadline of September 30, 2024. This session will review the history of the program and provide information on requirements for drawing the remaining funds.
